I have been looking for a program to convert a .avi file from a Flip video camera to upload to iMovie. This was the first program that clearly stated it worked with iMovie and it did not dissapoint. Uploading files to the program was easy and the conversion could not be easier. Thanks!

These types of programs are a dime a dozen these days. The difference here is iFunia provides value at a competitive price. Most of these types of programs run for 30-40 dollars or more. For ten bucks, you can convert your avi files to a plethora of other formats. Its very easy to use as well. My only suggestion would be to allow a user to take, say, a .mov and convert it. I would like the starting format to be as interchangeable as the output format. Regardless, for the price, you can beat this program.

I tried 3 Mac AVI converters before, but this one had the best interface. More importantly, it works well on AVI to video conversion. Even I can convert to 3D movies! Thats really exquisite!

My Mac stored some .avi files that originated on a windows pc, captured using a long-discontinued firewire card, the avi files play fine on pc. Now I want to convert the avi files to quicktime and bring them into final cut pro. Finally tried this avi converter, it has the output settings for final cut pro, and the converted video files can be worked fine in FCP.

I tried at least 3 different converters that were more expensive. This does the job quickly and efficiently. Great price and well worth the money!!!

Got some HD AVI videos about my clients products introduction, but I cant play them smoothly on my Macbook, tried to install a avi component for quicktime playback, still didnt work. So got this program and converted them into MP4, very nice quality still keep in HD, cool.

Clean install, device no longer recognizes videos. When I want to convert 1080p AVI videos, it takes less time than other video converter and keep the high quality of output videos. Highly recommend it! And I think I will try other products of this developer.

it does not work when trying to convert .avi to HD mp4 format. it just appear 00% !

The reason Im giving it 5 stars is because it converted all my AVI videos to MP4 format without any quality loss. The best part about this app is that I can edit the videos with the powerful editing tools like adding watermarks or even applying 3D effect. In addition, its a gorgeous app for the sake of its interface.

The icon just sits there bouncy at the bottom of the screen until you close it.

Downloaded it, installed it, will not open. Removed it, re-installed it, will not open.
